About the founder

Built by an operator who’s done it — not just advised on it.

I’m Paul Wurth. For roughly 20 years I’ve led go-to-market, sales, and marketing in B2B SaaS — including helping scale a sales organization from a single rep to a team of 225.

I lived every stage of that climb: writing the first scripts, making the early hires, building the onboarding so new reps could actually ramp, defining the sales motion, and putting in the metrics and management that let the team grow without breaking. I’ve seen what works at 3 reps, at 30, and at 200 — and where founders get stuck in between.

I’ve also watched plenty of SaaS companies try to scale sales by throwing bodies at the problem with no system underneath. That’s the gap ProofGTM exists to close. I don’t hand you a framework and disappear — I work alongside your team to build the engine and make sure it actually runs.

Is this consulting, or do you actually build the thing?

Both — but mostly the building. We assess, we build the sales motion, scripts, onboarding, and hiring process, and we roll it out inside your business. You’re not left with a slide deck and a to-do list. We’re hands-on through the engagement.

We’re early — only a couple of reps. Is it too soon?
